Effective from: October 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the relationship between OnlyTax Steuerberatung s. r. o., with its registered office at Le\u0161kova 11, 811 04 Bratislava \u2013 Star\u00e9 Mesto, Company ID: [to be completed], registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, as a provider of accounting, tax, and advisory services (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), and the service recipient \u2013 a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).<\/span><\/p>\n

1. General Provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

These GTC are issued in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 513\/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, Act No. 40\/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act No. 250\/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection, and Act No. 102\/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services at a Distance, as well as Act No. 18\/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Conclusion and Subject Matter of the Contract<\/span><\/h2>\n

The contractual relationship between the Provider and the Client arises upon the conclusion of a written agreement, order, or email confirmation of an order. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of accounting, tax, advisory, and related services as agreed by the parties. <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Price of Services and Payment Terms<\/span><\/h2>\n

The price of services is determined according to the Provider’s current price list or by individual agreement with the Client. All prices are stated in Euros (\u20ac) including VAT, unless otherwise specified. The invoice is due within 14 days from the date of its issuance, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, the Provider is entitled to charge a late payment interest of 0.05% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay. <\/span><\/p>\n

4. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Provider undertakes to perform the services properly, timely, and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The Client is obliged to provide the Provider with all necessary documents, information, and cooperation for the proper provision of services. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the provided data. <\/span><\/p>\n

5. Personal Data Protection<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Provider processes Clients’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18\/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the document “Privacy Policy,” which is available upon request or on the Provider’s website. <\/span><\/p>\n

6. Liability and Complaints<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Provider is liable for damages caused by a breach of obligations in the provision of services only up to the amount of actually proven damage. Complaints regarding services can be submitted in writing or by email within 30 days from the delivery of the service result. <\/span><\/p>\n

7. Duration and Termination of the Contract<\/span><\/h2>\n

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, unless the parties agree otherwise. Either party is entitled to terminate the contract with a one-month notice period. The Provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the Client breaches their obligations, especially if they fail to pay the price of services even after a request. <\/span><\/p>\n

8. Final Provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

These GTC are binding for all Clients of the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to amend or supplement these GTC at any time. The current version of the GTC is published on the Provider’s website. Relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by the legal system of the Slovak Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n
